I Love Praag / I Love Krakow is a young Dutch, English, and German tour operator offering walking tours that treat city streets as an open‑air museum across Prague, Krakow, Brno, Cesky Krumlov and Bratislava. We are a club of the most experienced local guides, many with more than 10 years of guiding in these cities. Our guides have previously worked for the largest tour operators but felt out of place and have since joined I Love Praag to pursue an engaging new challenge. We began because we love these European capitals and want to share their stories with curious visitors.

Why was I Love Praag / I Love Krakow started?

The company was started because we love these European capitals and wanted to share that passion with visitors. Many guides left large operators after feeling out of place and joined to take on an interesting new challenge.

De gids Alaa deed een aantal stops aan die we anders niet hadden tegengekomen. Zijn uitleg was kort. Door er zelf naar te vragen wisten we dat hij niet afkomstig was van Praag maar er wel woont. Er was weinig interactie met de groep. Voor de toer start even elkaar voorstellen is altijd leuk zodat je dan weet waar iedereen vandaan komt

We hebben einde van de middag met huig een tour gedaan. Hij heeft alles goed verteld en veel achtergrond informatie gegeven. We zijn bij veel bezienswaardigheden geweest (bijv. De Charles brug, de kerstmarktjes, universiteit, de klok, de markt van de beste typische koekjes en nog meer). We konden alles vragen en hij had overal antwoord op. Echt een aanrader!

Onze gids Julka was zeer goed op de hoogte van de geschiedenis van Praag, werd ook met veel enthousiasme overgebracht. We waren een kleine groep dus alles verliep zeer vlot! Een aanrader!
